Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES MARY MOBSBY 1912 - 2008 With deepest regret we announce the passing of Frances Mobsby after an unfortunate accident on Monday, January 14, 2008 at the Victoria Hospital. Frances was most happy in her yard doing all the gardening and keeping the yard looking like a park. She loved children and enjoyed the time spent with them. She will be sadly missed by all family and friends. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 19 at St. Matthew's Anglican Church, 641 St. Matthew's Avenue.
